Inaugural Greenbelt Music Festival, May 19 and 20 to Benefit Clive Community Foundation
The festival will take place just west of Horizon Events Center, off the Greenbelt Trail in Clive, Iowa.
Festival passes will start at $35 for 1-day and $65 for 2-day entry.
The Greenbelt Music Festival will donate $5.00 of every festival pass sold to the Clive Community Foundation.

Trash Bash 2023 Helps to Beautify Greenbelt Trail
On April 20 and 21 several civic-minded teams descended on the Clive Greenbelt Trail to beautify Mother Natureโs gift to our city.
Over the course of two rather chilly spring days an estimated 85 volunteers, armed with gloves, trash pickup tools, and bags cleaned up several sections of the Greenbelt Trail.

Salvation Army Opens New Food Pantry in Clive
During the week of April 10, a new food pantry opened in Clive in the Salvation Army Offices at 1400 NW 100th Street. A ribbon cutting ceremony officially welcomed the facility to Clive.

Can Play Continues its Work with Local Youth
Can Play, a 2022 recipient of a grant from the Clive Community Foundation, enters its 12th year of providing no-cost and adaptive sports and recreational programs for thousands of children with barriers to play in Clive and the Greater Des Moines area.

Clive Community Services Needs Volunteers!
Thanks in part to a grant award from the Clive Community Foundation, Clive Community Services continues to help area families by providing food, clothing, and basic medical services at their location on 82nd and Hickman Road in Clive.

Scheels Makes Donation to Clive Community Foundation
For the second year in a row, Scheelโs at the Jordan Creek Mall made a generous donation to the Foundation.
The check presentation in the amount of $1500 was made by Chrissy Brabandt, Store Leader, on December 15, 2022. Jane Fogg represented the Foundation at the presentation.

Clive Lions Basket Program Helps Local Families
On Saturday, December 10, the Clive Lions Club held their 30th annual Holiday Basket Program positively impacting over 470 family members. Each basket had household items, food, and toys for the children.

Clive Community Foundation Celebrates Grant Awards for 2023
On Thursday, December 8, the CCF formally presented over $40,000 to 12 different local nonprofit organization who will use those grants for programs that support the Foundationโs three main pillars of Quality of Life, Health and Wellness, and Collaboration.

On Monday, October 4, the Clive Community Foundation presented a check to Clive Community Services, in appreciation of their on-going services to our community. Accepting the check for CCS was Stephanie Horak, the organizationโs President. Clive Community Services opened its doors in August of 2016.

2021 Battle of the โBurbs โ Great Success!
The 2021 Battle of the Burbs took place on August 7 at the NCMIC headquarters in Clive. The event featured a 5K Run/Walk, a 10K Run, a Kids Run and other activities including face-painting, balloon animals, food trucks, beer, and an obstacle course for the kids.
